By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Site or use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Perfectsols provides a cloud-based POS system for retail, restaurants, salons, and other businesses, including features for sales, inventory management, payment processing, customer loyalty, staff management, and reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Fees and Payment

• You agree to pay all fees as specified in your subscription plan.
• Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided.
• We may change fees with notice.

6. User Obligations

• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Not share account access with unauthorized users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the USA.
