our point-of-sale (POS) software, services, and related applications (collectively, the “Services”). PerfectSols (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Services to you subject to these Terms.
By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Site or use the Services.
1- Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2- Description of Services
PerfectSols provides a cloud-based POS system for retail, restaurants, salons, and other businesses, including features for sales, inventory management, payment processing, customer loyalty, staff management, and reporting.
3- Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4- License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
5- Fees and Payment
- You agree to pay all fees as specified in your subscription plan.
- Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided.
- We may change fees with notice.
6- User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Not share account access with unauthorized users.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including payment card industry standards.
7- Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, trademarks, and content, remain with PerfectSols. You retain ownership of your data.
8- Data and Privacy

9- Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Services for illegal activities.
- Interfere with the Services or servers.
- Upload viruses or harmful code.
- Violate third-party rights.
10- Termination

11- Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfectSols shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the USA.
